Please support our team "Mary's Forget-Me-Knots" in our journey to fight dementia. This year we have committed to participate in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s to support families living with dementia in our community. We invite you to join us in the walk on Saturday, May 25.

We are particularly thinking of Mary. The team name "Mary's-Forget-Me-Knots"
was chosen for its poetic symbolism. Mary is a poetry lover thus it seems so appropriate. The Forget-Me-Not flower signifies love and respect. When you give someone these tiny blooms it represents a promise that you will keep them in your thoughts. Creating and remembering cherished times spent together. They are also a symbol of faithfulness. All gifts we want to share with Mary and perhaps others travelling down this road. Lastly, the final word of the flower changed from "not" to "knot" indicates our knot of friendship in our goal to support Mary and Bruce.

By making a donation, you are helping the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba continue to provide valuable programs and services for families affected by dementia, while funding research to help find a cure. 

Currently, more than 19,600 Manitobans are diagnosed with dementia and 62 per cent are directly impacted by the disease.
