Welcome to Let's Take Care of our Memories Page

Memories are precious, we revisit them from from time to time. Short term memories help us in our day to day, long term memories help us thrive. Sometimes memories of the ones we love are the ones left with us. But what happens when they are still with us but they can't remember anymore? What happens when an elder or even a child have a hard time remembering? Remembering what used to be important to them, remembering to take care not only of their loved ones but themselves, remembering the ones they love, and remembering who they even are? What happens when someone who used to be so independent can't even remember how to function?
I'm participating again in this year's IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's to support families living with dementia in our community. Please help support my efforts by making a donation or joining my team.
By making a donation, you are helping the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba continue to provide valuable programs and services for families affected by dementia, while funding research to help find a cure.
Currently, more than 20,300 Manitobans are diagnosed with dementia and 62 per cent are directly impacted by the disease.
To my Apu Viring, Apu Idung, Apu Gustin, Bapa Edgar, Apu Miling, Apu Peling, Dara Auring, Bapa Romy, Kong Jake, Apu Pilo you are still living in our memories. To those who are not even elders but struggles to remember because of other medical conditions, my heart aches for you and the ones who loves you and I am walking for you too.
Thank you again for your support.
