Are you feeling helpless? Are you feeling at a loss in navigating the changes dementia brings? Join us for a day of education and support where you will learn strategies that will help you work through the day-to-day challenges.

Connect with other care partners, engage with community service providers, and learn from local and national speakers as we explore topics such as adapting to change, legal and financial matters, responsive behaviours, communication strategies, home safety, end of life and more.
